The second annual Energy Storage Council Conference will be held on 4–5 May 2016 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, alongside the Solar Energy Conference and Exhibition.

The Energy Storage Council Conference and Exhibition provides an opportunity for industry leaders, government and the energy sector to connect and discuss current technology research and development, industry projects, network integration, innovation and investment opportunities.

The conference is free to attend.

The conference program topics and presentations include:

  • The global energy storage landscape with keynote address from the China Energy Storage Alliance.
  • Energy storage industry best practice including expert presentations from DNV GL, K and L Gates and the Australian Energy Storage Council.
  • The uptake of residential solar and battery storage in Australia interactive panel session lead by Enphase Energy.
  • Industry and innovation opportunities with leaders and experts focusing on future energy storage technology and application opportunities in Australia.

The 2016 energy storage exhibition zone is fully booked with quality displays from both Australian and international companies including Redback Technologies, Aquion Energy, Redflow Ltd, Sumitomo Electric, Alpha Technologies and many more.

The event brings together representatives from energy storage companies including technology manufacturers, equipment providers, project developers, consultants, utilities and other energy industry leaders.
